New "more liberal" Drug Czar, Kerlinski, who stated when appointed that he "wanted to end the war on drugs," has been making things even worse! He is too gutless to meet with a group of his former fellow police who have examined the Administration's Continuation Of Nixon's Failed "WAR ON DRUGS," and found it causes LOTS of harm and NO GOOD and costs US LOTS of money!
